Sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion
Sanitary-epidemiological conclusion (SEZ) or hygienic certificate is a document confirming that the products have passed the necessary sanitary and hygienic check and comply with all sanitary rules and norms of Ukraine. Sanitary-epidemiological conclusion confirms the safety of products for the health and life of people and the environment.
The receipt of a sanitary and epidemiological certificate is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing of the Population" No. 4004-XII of 24.02.94.

1. Toys
2. tableware
3. clothes
4. household appliances
5. household chemical goods
6. Cosmetics
7. Equipment related to food products
8. Personal protective equipment
9. The Chancery
List of documents required for conducting sanitary and epidemiological expertise:
o an application signed and sealed (first, you fill out an online application, we check it, and only after that you send us a scanned copy of the original application you signed); * in the text insert a link to the online application *
o contract and full specification to the contract;
o requisites of the applicant company;
o detailed description of the product;
o product sample;
o all available certificates: hygienic, origin, safety, etc.
Procedure for obtaining:
1. filling in an application form
2. Sending documents (description, safety data sheets, certificates, previous settings, etc.) + application for address
3. payment
4. If the results of the tests are positive, a sanitary and epidemiological certificate shall be issued
